After placing an offer on the Hotel in Cancun, I was charged for a hotel that does not accept kids; When contacting customer service I was told they can not do anything as the purchase is not changeable. This despite my stay being 4 weeks away. Customer service did not even offer to help in solving the situation. Terrible. Ripoff. Stay away! read full review »
