I was out of State, in Colorado, because my grandmother fell extremely ill. BB&T does not have branches in Colorado. I was having to call the toll free number to check my available balance each night. On Tuseday 1/19 I had $12.67, on Wednesday 1/20 I had -$335 and on Thursday (the day my grandmother passed) I had -$750.
