I must say that Comcast cable has the worst customer service that I have encountered from a company. My experience with them has consisted of continuous dropped calls, far from knowledgeable representatives, and high then HIGHER rates for their service! Just a little over a month ago, my husband and I moved from a 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment in order to cut costs in our monthly bills!
