I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother-in-law as a thank you gift. Delivery was suppose to be next day. I did the live chat on the internet with someone who said she would get back to me, she had no idea why my order was not processed. I also asked to be refunded my delivery charge but she said she would have to ask her manager. No one got back to me at all.
