I am Bhavani from Bangalore and I have a credit card which is already not in use and not renewed Four Year Back. I had given several communications to customer care to change my address and email id for the last 4 years so that I receive my statement in the current address and make the payment. HDFC collection agent used to come to my present address {Electronic city }till last month to collect the payment.
