Total rewards used to be park place connection and it was great at giving comps and such, Recently I recieved complimentary rooms from them but they were at the worst most possible hotels, One was the Imperial pallace where our slideing door was broken so people were comeing to the room and stealing things because outside is the pool area where the drunks go after hours, And then this second time they gave me a room at the flamingo las vegas where they charged me for the last night as a suprise when they said they comped the 3 nights, If im in... read full review »
