Sir/Madam, I had applied for my provident fund money after I resigned from my previous office Convergys India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, last 2 years back. They (pf Office) debited the amt of 72, 000RS to my ICICI Bank Ac: 004701578028 which were provided at the time when I applied. Previously I had taken a personal loan from this same bank.
