I have read all the complaints regarding this company and totally agree, I only wish that I had them before falling for this awful scam. I have just spoken to "customer service" and all he did was spout back that I should have read terms and conditions. I returned to sender the product received after trial version and he said well we clearly tell you not to do that so we will not be refunding any money.
