I have been given the run around and treated badly. I was told not to miss a PAYMENT. I did not. I couldn't communicate over email, so I called customer service. 3 calls, 2.5 hours on hold. I was told FINALLY that all was well and my computer would be shipped and that I would recieve it in about 3 weeks. It's been 8 weeks now! Another call to Blue Hippo customer service, another45 minute wait and I am delt with rudely by someone that I can barely undersand who tells me that he has no idea where my computer is.
