I ordered software from you that is pirated. It states in the instructions:First, it is easier to read these instructions if you copy/paste them into a word processing document. (1) Be sure your computer is disconnected from the internet when Installing both Rosetta Stone and whenever installing any languages CD's. (2) Install the application by running RosettaStoneSetup.exe. If promoted, DO NOT "extract" the installer, just choose to "run" it.
