Last August 2009, Seattle Coffee Direct got my information through a survey site (third party!) and charged me a hundred dollars towards coffee!! When I called to straighten things out, the day after, they said " when you receive your coffee return to sender for a FULL REFUND". So I did just that. And waited a while and saw no money returned to my bank account. so i called a few weeks later and they said "It will take up to 2 months for the money to show up in your account."
