In the first place I want to thank this company for helping to make me much wiser! November of 2008 I started the process of buying a computer from this company. I sent the initial payment, then within the 3 day grace period I did cancel the order, but instead of refunding my money, they issued a credit to use toward other purchases. First I need to let anyone know reading this that there are TWO addresses on the letters I receive from this company. One is the address listed in this header, the other is P.O. Bx 603, Oaks, PA 19456. We had to file bankrupcy due to 2 companies going under that my husband worked for within 6 months of each other. Some creditors worked with us and some would not.
