I ordered a textbook from this company a week ago, I received one e-mail giving me the ref. number. My status, after a week, is still new order. There is no telephone number to reach this company, only a contact us page to send a message. I have sent a message and replied twice to the one e-mail I got from their customer service. I have not heard back from any of my messages. They have not charged me yet, but I fear they will. I have not received my textbook either. This website should be shut down! read full review »
