I purchased my Dell laptop in Dec 09. Since having it i have had no end of problems after problems with the damn thing. The so called Technical Support are usless even a monkey can understand what you are saying the times i have had to repeat myself over and over again. I have been put on hold for over 10mins, hanged up on, passed back to the stupid reception helpdesk who are worst than the Technical Support.
