After a particularly bad experience at a Marriot in Midland Texas I angrily told the hotel I was going to go up and call the Platinum Elite line and tell them just what I thought about the service at their hotel. Much to my surprise when I logged on to my account...the had taken away my status!!! How's that for responding to customer feedback? I supposed I don't care ...because I'm not going to be that much of loyal customer from here on out. read full review »
