The internet service is extremely unreliable, for most part the connectivity was not working on my DSL plan. There was no response from the customer service. However, the bills were delivered promptly. When I tried to lodge a disconnection request, I wasn't given any reference number citing technical problems. But the monthly bills were sent on an ongoing basis. They even served a notice for non-payment of bills. I think it is a scam. I would recommend all to never take up a connection with these folks. read full review »
