Hi Every one, I am really frustrated in Airtel customer care service. I got a call from Airtel broadband last month. They assured that there is a feasibility in my area (Valasaravakkam, sridevi kuppam) and got the cash of rupees 500 and additional 150 for rent agreement. Dealer is "Moontech telecoms- T.nagar" Representative name is "Ashok". He came to my house urgently and got the cash of rupees 650 and gave me an application form.
