I intend this to be the nastiest comment I have ever written because I have received the nastiest service ever. Thank God I am a privileged Vodafone Customer. I bought a pre-paid Airtel simcard for my very close friend who is an American national. After 7 days the phone stopped working. We kept wondering why and kept making calls to the local Dealer and Airtel Customer Service to look into the matter.
