dear sirs, i have purchased an Alto lx modelled car of Maruti Suzuki ltd.horns in my car got damaged which i took to LMJ Maruti service centre, Balotra(Raj.) under guarantee for replacement.the head of the Service centre Mr.Venkatesh didn't gave satisfactory answer.ultimately i got one of them replaced .but i got hurted by their behaviour. i request that either he be replaced or be taught how to treat customers.he has no manners.
