On Dec.8, 2009 I signed up for two free trial offers and cancelled them the next day (Dec.9). On Dec 25 I was charged 119.02 USD(exclusiveberry) and on Dec.26 I was charged 86.93 USD, neither of which I order or wanted. I have contact both companies many times trying to get my money back and I have been treated very poorly. I have been hung up on several times as I wanted to be put on hold until an email confirmation of cancelling was received and when I asked to speak to a Supervisor, eventhough I was being civil.
