This company must have the worst customer service on this planet. It takes almost an hour every time you call them and if you say anything they don't like, they will hang up on you. They have a blacklist of customers they don't want to talk to so when you call them, after you sit on the phone for almost an hour, when your time comes up, it automatically hangs up on you. These people are chinese thieves that take your money and you will never receive anything. To be on the safe side, do not buy anything from china unless you can be there in person to pay for it and pick up your items.
