I, as so many others obviously, have been subjected to a rip-off scheme. I have the exact same problems, being charged for "free samples", continuing to charge after I called them and wanted the $83 credited and another $40 that they illegally charged me. I called and got to talk with a real person and demanded my money back. The person assured me my account would be refunded. Well, that hasn't happened.
