They will not credit my account. I have tried to call 4 times to the 1-800 number but no on one can find my account but they can still manage to bill me!!! I am frustrated. They even put me on hold for a supervisor but the line eventually went dead. I have tried to call back but now a recording comes on to tell me the line has been disconected. read full review »
