I think Direct Tv has the worst Customer Service and run a dishonest company. They over charge and the technicians that come out lie for you to sign "telling you that you are only singing to verify that they came out. but you are signing your life away with unheard of charges for services that you did not order or get. When you call in you are sent on a wild goose chase only to accomplish NOTHING. so after you are totally fed up with the games they are playing and insulting your intellegence you cancel the service only to be stuck with a BIG FAT BILL!!! read full review »
