I have purchased over $3, 000.00 from Gems TV and returned nearly half due to poor quality. Often gems have much lighter color and clarity than shown on TV, several have had very poor faceting. Most rings have skinny little wimpy bands that the presenters say are "average in metal weight" (3 grams) even though most rings in any other store are twice as big.
