when my water heater started to leak in my garage i called they were very eager to have contract signed document since it was done opver the phone not to mention that the contract was on month to month started eight months ago, any way some local plumber showed up and suggested that needs replacement well it all went down the hill from their not resonsible enough after putting you on hold for 20 min calls were dropped, now they are asking for maintence well that is the warranty we bought thinking the manafacture warranty expired well get them to cover the breakage .buy boy were we wrong... read full review »
