Dear SirMadam I filled out a booking form with Holiday Cars giving my mastercard details but did not finish the form e.g.submit as the details were wrong dated 13th Jan 2010. On the 17th of Jan 2010 I again filled out a form with mastercard details and the web page collapsed. Several days later on the 21st of Jan I tried again and was successful. I did not recieve an invoice or confirmation of previous bookings ie; 13 and 17th of January and that is why I booked a third time.
