In 3 weeks I have had problems with 3 routers. First one would keep knocking me off line. Was on the phone 4 hours until I got a new router. The second one I had to restart 4+ times a day because I kept loosing the internet. After 3 more hours on the phone they sent me a new router. This one I had to reset twice before I could get on with my desktop, I still could not get on wirelessly. We then found out the WEP key printed on the label was not the correct one.
