There is no way to reschedule delivery of a parcel. I tried phoning and listened to recorded choices none of which fit my situation. They choose the questions they want to answer and leave the customer out of the loop. You can't even leave a message. I do not own a car. They insist I pick up the parcel. For me to travel to another city in order to claim my parcel requires me to to travel by bus and/or train. I've been to their website.
