I purchased Norton Internet Security which is good for 3 computers in my home. I keep getting messages saying one of the computers is running out of time. I called the toll free number, and left a message 2 days in a row. The 3rd day, I was polite but complained about the lousy customer servi ce, and got a call right back, only to have the guy tell us the average wait time is 4 hours, because they don't have enough staff!!
