We ordered an item from Bambino Direct (bambinodirect.co.uk) which said was in stock and would be next day delivery. The money was taken from our card yet 7 days later we had no item delivered and our order still showed as proccessing. They ignored our several emails and could more often than not get through to them by phone. They would either not answer or hang up so finally managed to cancel the order but are still waiting for our refund days later with no reply from them.
