Ordered $.99 trial of AcaiPure. Allowed 10 days for trial period, did not receive in time to return and thought were being scammed. Notified bank of possible "scam" and they blocked the account for funds. 3 months later a notification was sent to us from "CCN" that a collection agency needed $77.95 to cover all past due late fees, collection fees, etc. Tried to contact company but only could speak to collection company rep and were told we had to pay for product, late fees, etc. No negotiating or recourse for 10 day trial/turnaround issue.
