I currently being told by advantage Tax Service that my file in which I paid a retainer fee of $7400!!! is not inactive, I have been calling this office two to three times a month to get a up date on my case and all I get is either a answering machine or a front office clerk that tells me that the legal department are too busy to take my call and the attorneys are not available!! I now have to file a complain with the L A County Bar Assoc. for failure to communicate and fee arbitration and the same with the State Bar assoc. I'm not sure... read full review »
