Hi This is ananth living in Chennai. I had bought the branded shoes Floresheim at Khals Foot World, Nungambakkam 3 months ago. It was billed Rs.1500/- I enquired about the Guarantee to the Manager at the time of purchasing who said 6 months guarantee for pasting & stitching. Now the pasting is turning slowly. When I approached the Manager to claim about the service, asked me to bring the shoes and he will do it within 7 days.
