Dear Sir, I have travelled by Bilaspur Rajdhani Exp. from Bhopal to Raipur on dated 27/12/09 in B-2 coach, PNR no. 2200995311. After entering in the coach I found that the coach is very dirty and there is no water in the toilets. So I have told the attendant as well as coach TTE for filling the water. He said that water will be filled at Nagpur. No water was filled in the coach. But they have pasted one paper saying that due to technical fault water is not there. The copy of the same as attached.
