This company does not know how to take care of the employees! For the last 6 months of my employment with them, I still have no clear job description and have to face several impediments to be able to do my job properly. 1. For a call center, EXL service does not have enough work stations. I have been thrown out of my work station everyday to give way to agents to take calls.
