Dear sir My PF was held with Employee Provident Fund, Gurgaon, Haryana -122002 till March 2007. My PF no is HR/25375/996.I have been transferred to Haldwani (UA) in same organization & now I quit my company and joined a new company. From the new company, I initiated the PF transfer through my company and submitted the necessary form by 21 Aug-07. My new PF no is MH/5439/21184.
