I called Heathrow engine centre for repair. On 1st September 2009, they quoted £1195 to supply and fit engine and other components which I agreed. Furthermore, it was agreed that the above car will be delivered within 3 days, from the 2nd September 2009 when they picked up the vehicle to go to their workshop. After two days I received an e-mail stating that it will cost me £1981”to get my car sorted”. However, we eventually agreed on £1850.
