The customer support is very poor as they don't like answering the phone when you enquire more than once, The product never works 100% correctly as the call can drop or signal can get lost at times, Bought twice and first time the product was faulty DEO on arrival then second time arrived after many days i have noticed on forums of many people not happy with this company at all as they used to lie allot... read full review »
