On 17 December 2009 I placed an order for a family magazine titled "Family Fun 216" for my grandchildren in the amount of $30.36 with a process and handling fee of $13.00 but have not received anything. Not even a letter or phone call to explain the reason, if any delay. The magazine subscription was to be mailed to Shane Wells at: 566 Jacquie Drive, Clarksville, Tn 37042. Therefore, I am dmanding a complete refund to include the process and handling fee. The total amount is $49.00 which includes a 9.95% tax. Please rush my refund.
