HCL Infosystems went to engineering colleges in Kerala for campus recruitment in 2009. They selected fresh engineering graduates, but asked them to undergo a 6 month training program conducted by CDC paying Rs 40, 000, on completion of which these graduates will be placed by HCL Infosystems at a monthly salary of Rs. 8, 000.
