Was first drawn with an offer of a free sample of a teeth whitening product which you had only to pay shipping and handling cost(access to account number) I did recieve a small trial size tube of a product called Dazzlesmile! I was charged $2.95 on 11/02/2009 now on going thru my accounts I findanother charge to my account (unauthorized) for 86.93 for a completely different company sup*smilebright for something I never ordered or recieved.
