Tis is an add on to my earlier complaint. I forgot to mention that this company also applied for a credit card in my name. When I spoke with the sales rep when receiving my notice on this she said that I wasn't suppose to get that and that it was a technical error. Certainly this must be against the law. Why can't these scammers be stopped. Wht does that say about the city when they let this keep happening to tourist which to my knowledge is a crime against tourist punishable by law. We got taken in Oahu also. No one ever returns calls the machine says press 1 for this 2 for that etc then disconnects you so in reallity they can't return a call they never received! They are so full of BS! I cancelled my debit card so they can't take any more money but have you figured out a way to take it off of your credit report. Why can't a group of us do a legal proccess like a class action lawsuit? Certainly with all the complaints and name changing they do the people would win. Don't you think?
