Hi Sir, I have applied for BSNL broadband connection in Greater Noida and it was activated in December 2009.After one month it stops the working automatically.I have already made a complaint in this regard to Greater Noida Telephone Exchange but nothing is done in this regard. This broadband connection is not working from 20 Jan 2010. Hope this problem will be rectified soon.Please suggest what else needs to be done to sort it out quickl;y.
