I was in an accident whereby a client to zurich had caused the accident so they have to pay for repairs as third party. I have been calling these people since 2009 - december as the accident happened on the 29th November 2009 to date 01 February. To this day my car has not been fixed and every time I call their offices there is always something new, for the past 2 weeks they have been saying the payment will effect in 48 hours. I have tried being patient with them but they are seriously useless because they lie to the customer. On the 29th of January it was officially 2months of empty promise. read full review »
