Had a defective phone still under warranty replaced with a refurbished phone by Verizon. The refurbished phone came without a battery or accessories. Verizon did not make it clear to us that we were to return the defective phone to them. In January 2010 received my monthly bill with a charge of $419.99, the retail price of a NEW phone. Have returned the defective phone, but it will be 1-2 months before I am credited for it. Verizon ripped us off by charging us for a NEW phone when they gave us a REFURBISHED phone without a battery or accessories! I am going to let my contract run out and switch to a new carrier! read full review »
