How I Got My Money Back - Como Consegui Que Me Regresaran Mi Dinero: (English) I was able to get my money back... it took about two weeks, but I got it back, because I didn't give up. I don't know if you would have the same results if you wait too long... I quickly wrote to my credit card company online, within two or three days after having tried to make reservations, to have the charges for the "prize" removed. "Free Vacation"

This company reeled me in with a radio contest on Rumba 100.3 FM in Orlando. I called in to answer the contest question and win a free vacation. They put me on hold and transferred me to a fast-talking promotional representative named Juan Ramirez who proceeded to tell me I had won a 7-day vacation in Puerto Rico with 4 free Disney tickets included for a stay in Orlando.
