12/6/09 two of us flew to Oaxaca Mexico on US Airways and then onto Mexicana. We each had 2 pieces of luggage, we boarded mexicana with no problems. 12/17/09 we are leaving Oaxaca Mexico to Mexico city and while at desk in Oaxaca we are advised we owe 1000.00 in fees, if we do not pay we do nto go. the only other comment was you should have checked the rules? the fact that we flew down on mexicana had no impact on this ticket agent. Luckily there was a spare credit card, but we were so intimidated by these actions we felt we would be jailed if we complained any mroe. HELP read full review »
