I was a fool for believing the free 14 day trail offer. My account was charged without my consent for $149, I only consented to .99 charge for shipping. When I called I was told that they only cancelled accounts they did not do refunds and suprise surprise the e-mail address they gave me would not come up. But I am stubborn and finally found that it was this complaint board. Do they really think I am that stupid!!! I had to cancel my debit card tho stop the slamming on my account.
