Received coffee by UPS, did not order from this company in over a year and it was cancelled, as soon as I received my new shipment in the mail I called and spoke to a represenative in reference to this matter from November 2009. I told him I cancelled this over a year ago and he appologized for the inconvience that it has caused. HE tolled me yo keep the coffe and the mug and the charges to my credit card he took care of and the charges would be dropped. IN December, now I receive another bill now the a $15.00 interest charge, I am never late... read full review »
